How long will it take for my order to arrive?


All US orders are shipped from Pensacola, FL or Cincinnati, OH through the United States Postal Service (USPS).   

Each order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Weekend or Holiday orders will be processed the following business day. 

We will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once the order is processed.

Made to order custom products will be shipped directly from New Delhi, India and will take 7-10 days shipped through DHL.


Why hasn’t my order arrived?

Your order may be delayed for one of a few different reasons. Depending on where you are located your order might take a few days longer. If you order right before or after a holiday, there might be a slight delay due to employee vacation time. We will always do our best to get your order processed as soon as possible.


Is it possible to rush ship? 

We apologize, but rush delivery is not currently available on our site. Please contact us if you need your order by a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate your request.


What is the return policy? 

Each item is uniquely hand-made by our artisans from recycled vintage saris or hand-woven Ikat fabric, which can causes small nuances from piece to piece. This means that no item is an exact match. We want you to love your order and its uniqueness. If you are not completely satisfied with our product or if an error is made, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit.  

For exchanges or credit, please contact us within 10 days of purchase at with “exchange” in the subject line. Include your order number in the email and we will send exchange instructions. Exchanges will be processed in 5-7 business days. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and any lost returned item. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, this helps to ensure we will receive your package. 

All clearance items are final, no refunds or credits for returns.

Items sold at events or markets are not eligible for return or exchange.


Do you offer gift purchases?

Yes! You can order a product and send it to another person’s address. You can also donate in someone’s name.


Where else can we purchase SNF’s products?

Almost all of our products are featured online, but we also participate in events where we sell products directly. Follow us on Facebook for updates on our events.
We are also in the process of updating our site to feature stockist. Check back soon to see an updated list.


How do I know that my money is really making an impact?

You can find the details about each product on the individual product page. Currently, the directors, board members and any of the leadership staff in the USA is not getting any monetary compensation for working with SNF. Each purchase goes 100% back to our work in New Delhi, India.


How do I know the material is really recycled?

We source the saris directly in India and can verify 100% that they are recycled material!


How do I best care for my product?

Gentle hand washing, separately. Do not soak. Dry in shade.

Wholesale orders?

We are currently taking wholesale orders through e-mail. Please contact us to discuss options for selling SNF at your store or large event.


Is my order tax-deductible?

No, purchases of SNF products are not tax-deductible. But, you can make a tax-deductible donation to support one of our many programs. Just select the donate section of the SNF online store to add a donation.
